It is critical to have our platform performing in peak condition at all times. This article will cover actions DataGrail takes to keep our platform performance SLAs high.

 

Uptime SLA

DataGrail’s uptime in regards to Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Management is 99.9%.

 

Schedule Maintenance

Should DataGrail need to plan for maintenance of the platform, customer's will be notified by our status page at least one week in advance, with a reminder 48hrs prior. Once maintenance has been completed, another automated notification will go out confirming completion
